On 25 October 2017, 18.40 hrs., H.E. Mrs. Megawati Soekarnoputri, Former President of the Republic of Indonesia, arrived in Thailand to attend the Royal Cremation Ceremony of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

H.E. Mrs. Megawati Soekarnoputri was received at Military Air Terminal 2, Wing 6 by General Teerachai Nakwanich, Privy Councilor, as representative of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun, and Mr. Teerakiat Jareonsettasin, Minister of Education, as representative of the Royal Thai Government.
