2. Message from Condolences from H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs to the Right Honourable Boris Johnson, Secretary of State of the United Kingdom
Excellency,
I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of innocent lives caused by the dreadful terrorist attacks at London Bridge and the Borough Market on 3 June 2017. I wish to convey our heartfelt condolences to Your Excellency, and through you, to the bereaved families of the victims of this atrocious incident and to the British people.
The targeting of innocent civilians in indiscriminate acts of violence is unacceptable and never justified. Thailand attaches importance to any counterterrorism efforts that would prevent such horrific attack from happening and stands together with the United Kingdom and the international community in the fight against terrorism.
Accept, Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.
Don Pramudwinai
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand
