20 October 2016 at the Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow His Excellency Mr. Igor V. Morgulov Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation signed a book of condolences for His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. The English translation of H.E. Morgulov’s massages of condolences in Russian are as follows:

“We received the news of the passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand with profound sorrow.During His Majesty’s reign, He has become a role model for extending selfless service to His people, and won pure love from all Thais and respect of the international community.We appreciate His Majesty’s dedication which contributed to the strengthening of traditional friendly relations between Russia and Thailand.
