On 21 October 2016, H.E. Mr. Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of Singapore, laid a wreath to honor and paid respects to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall inside the Grand Palace and signed a message of condolences.
