On 17 October 2016 at 9.30 hrs., Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, paid tribute to His Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh. 
H.E. General Tea Banh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense, Lokchumteav Men Sam An, Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Mr. Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Mr. Bin Chhin, Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Mr. Yim Chhay Ly, Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Mr. Sry Thammarong, Minister attached to the Prime Minister, H.E. Mr. Kao Kim Hourn, Minister attached to the Prime Minister, and H.E. Mr. Sok Chenda Sophea, Minister attached to the Prime Minister and Secretary General of the Council for the Development of Cambodia also accompanied Samdech Prime Minister on the said occasion.
