Media Registration
for the 21^st ASEAN – EU Ministerial Meeting
 

          Thailand will host the 21^st ASEAN – EU Ministerial Meeting from 12 – 14 October 2016 in Bangkok. Media are advised to register according to the following guideline;
          1. Kindly be informed that registration will be done online through website at www.aemm2016.com under the banner Media. To complete online registration, you will need to upload (1) a photocopy of Passport, (2) a photocopy of Media Identification card, and (3) most recent Passport size photograph (2 inches in digital file).
          2. An e-mail will be dispatched to you on successful registration.
          3. Online registration will be open until 10 October 2016.
          4. Collection of Media Badge
                   4.1 For those who have completed online registration: please present (1) a photocopy of the Confirmation e-mail, and (2) relevant identification documents, in order to be provided with Media Badge at the registration booths located in front of the International Media Center.
                   4.2 For those who did not complete online registration: please obtain and fill registration form from the registration booths and attach necessary documents as stated in 1. in order to be provided with the Media Badge.
Media are advised to register online.
          All the participants are required to wear the provided badge at all times during the Meeting.
          5. The International Media Center will be located at the London Room, 2^nd Floor, Plaza Athenee Hotel, from 13 – 14 October 2016, from 08.00 – 17.00 hrs.
