On 11 September 2016, Ambassador Vijavat Isarabhakdi presided over a Ceremony for the Conferment of the Royal Decoration of Commander (Third Class) of the Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand, upon Mr. George Heller, Honorary Consul-General of Thailand in Toronto, in recognition and appreciation of his outstanding services to the Kingdom of Thailand. The ceremony was held at the Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre Hotel and was attended by the Embassy’s officials, heads of Thai government agencies comprising Team Thailand, as well as Mr. Heller’s family members, to congratulate him on this special occasion.
