On 16 August 2016 a carving demonstration was held by lecturers and food specialist form the Suan Dusit University, Chef Phonganan Siriseangphaiwan, and Chef Pussade Kajorn saksirikul with participation of 11 Russian chefs from Thai and Asian restaurants and utensil providers in Moscow.
Thai Chefs demonstrated how to carve fruit and vegetable in Thai style and explained how to increase the value of Thai dishes with carved ingredients. After the demonstration the participants will apply the knowledge gained from the class in exceling their food. Besides that Gastro Lux, a Russian utensil provider, expressed its interest in importing a carving knife from Thailand.
