On 1 July 2016, H.E. Dr. Kriangsak Kittichaiseree, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation, along with the diplomats welcomed the delegation from the Office of the Education Council, led by Dr. Kamol Rodklai, the Secretary – General. In this occasion, both sides exchanged views on the development of Thai educational system, particularly, the provision for those talented and gifted ones. The participation of Thai schools in activities to promote Thai image in Russia.
