On 22 March 2016, H.E. Mr. Bansarn Bunnag, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, presided over the Royal Decoration Presentation Ceremony at the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo to honor Professor Jiro Takano, Vice President of Tokai University.

 

            Prof. Jiro Takano was conferred with the Royal Decoration of the Third Class of the Most Admirable Order of the Direkgunabhorn on October 28th , 2015, in recognition of his work and efforts in promoting cooperation in education continuously between Tokai University, education institutions and related organizations of Thailand; particularly in the fields of engineering and science technology, which contribute to the country in many ways.

 

            On this occasion, Professor Dr. Suchatvee Suwansawat, President of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and executive officers, including Professor Kiyoshi Yamada, Tokai University Chancellor along with Diplomats of the Royal Thai Embassy, also attended this event.
