- Media are strongly advised to register in advance, since on-site registration could cause a delay. Media who have not completed their registration may be denied access to the function. Please refer to the Guideline of Media Registration for the 14th Asian Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Ministerial Meeting for more details.
- The organizer will provide a common interview room during 9 – 10 March 2016, from 08.00 – 18.00 hrs. Interested media should register at the press center or send their request to [email protected] in advance, with the following information;
    1. Name, Organization/News Agency, Cellphone number and Email of the person applying to use the Interview Room
    2. Interview period and time, as well as topics for the interview
Media are responsible for contacting interviewee(s). The arrangement for the usage of the interview room remains at the discretion of the organizer.
- Press should arrive at the venue 1 hour prior to the functions for the equipment inspection.
- Dress code : Business attire.
