On 29 - 30 January 2016 H.E. Mrs. Rattikul Chansuriya, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, presides over at the Opening of Thai Gastronomic Dinner at Villa Magna Hotel, Madrid, which is the consecutive project of Royal Thai Embassy to promote Thai Culinary in Spain after Thailand has participated in Madrid Fusion 2016 as Guest Country. Mrs. Nooror Somany Steppe, Thai Celebrity Chef from Blue Elephant Restaurant Bangkok is the head chef of the event. The Embassy has invited foreign dignitaries to attend the said dinner i.e. H.E. Mr. Ignacio Ybanez Rubio, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Carlos Vogeler, Director Executive-Secretary of UNWTO, ASEAN ambaasadors and representatives, high-ranking officials from both government and private sectors, businessmen and local media as well as general public. There were around 100 persons attending the said event.
