On the occasion of the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam during 20-28 January 2016, H.E. General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, sent a congratulatory message to H.E. Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong who has been re-elected as General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam. H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs, also sent a congratulatory message to H.E. Mr. Pham Binh Minh, Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, elected as Politburo member. Messages as follows:
