On 4 December 2015, Thai Ambassador to Argentina hosted a reception on the occasion of the birthday of His Majesty the King. Ambassador Jesada Chavarnbhark hosted a reception on the occasion of the 88th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King at the residence of the Ambassador. The Thai Embassy had prepared authentic Thai food namely Massaman curry with beef, stir fried chicken with cashew nut, shrimps with tamarind sauce, fried chicken with Thai herbs, Phad Thai with shrimps, Thai coconut custard, Thai jelly and tri-colour dessert for the guests to experience the taste of Thailand.  The event was cordially participated by approximately 150 guests including diplomatic corps, Thai community in Argentina, Thai exchange students in Argentina and Uruguay under AFS programme, and representatives from Argentine government, private sectors, academic, as well as members of the press.
