            During 12th - 17th November 2015, Mr. Vichit Chitvimarn, Deputy Director-General, Acting Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), led a Thai delegation and met with Mr. Kim In, Vice President of  KOICA to discuss how to promote the implementation of development cooperation especially Triangular cooperation between Thailand and ROK as well as to learn ROK’s World Friends Korea program which successfully dispatching Korean volunteers around the world. This is not only to develop “Friends From Thailand” or our current Thai volunteer program but also to initiate a new program of Joint volunteers between Thailand and Korea assigned to the third countries such as CLMV. Besides, the Thai delegation met with the Deputy Director-General of the Development Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of ROK  to examine on ODA related to Policy / Strategies of the Korean government for global and regional level. In addition, at meeting with Mr. Sim Sang – Park, Secretary General of Saemaul Globalization Foundation, the Thai delegation exchanged views on the King’s philosophy on Sufficiency Economy and Saemaul Undong principle in the Republic of Korea.
