On 27 July 2015, the Agreement on Academic Cooperation between the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital Mahidol University and Hadassah Medical Organization from Israel has been signed by Professor Winit Phuapradit, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital Mahidol University with Professor Eyal Mishani, Director for Research and Development of Hadassah Medical Organization. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Don Paramatvinai, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Miss Angsana Sihapitak, Ambassador of Thailand to Israel, and Mr. Shimon Roded, Ambassador of the Israel to Thailand along with executives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital University of Mahidol.

         The cooperation initiated by the Royal Thai Embassy in Israel under the project to promote Thailand and Israel medical cooperation. This project has been ongoing since 2013 which this year the Embassy has invited a group of medical specialists from Hadassah Medical Organization of Israel to share and exchange experiences of their expertise in two seminars on elderly syndromes hosted by the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital Mahidol University on 28 – 29 July 2015 at Meeting room 714, 7th Floor, Ramathibodi School of Nursing Building (Rama VI Road). The Israeli experts will also visit Loey Rajanagarindra Psychiatric Hospital for a discussion with the hospital's executives on treatments for elderly patients on 30 July 2015.
