On 15 May 2015, Mr. ChairatSirivat, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Royal Thai Embassy attended the closing ceremony of the Singapore-Thailand Third Country Training Program (TCTP) Course "Integrated Urban Transportation Systems Planning." This course is jointly organised by Thailand International Development Cooperation Agency and Singapore’s Technical Cooperation Directorate which took place at Land Transport Authority from 7-15 May 2015. MrChairat, together with representative from the Technical Cooperation Directorate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore, presented certificates to the participants from Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia and Timor-Leste.
