On 24 March 2015, Consul-General Jackrid Kanjanasoon attended a meeting with the principals and representatives of 3 schools in Kelantan; Sultan Ismail College, SMK Ismail Petra and SMK Dato’Ahmad Maher to in order to promote a closer cooperation in joining activities between schools in Kelantan and schools from Thailand. At the meeting, it was agreed for the 3 schools to arrange a trip to visit Thailand for cultural exchange during June 2015. In spite of having cooperation with schools from southern provinces of Thailand, the Consulate-General suggested for Sultan Ismail College to extend cooperation to other schools from other provinces in Thailand as well. The Consulate-General will be the coordinator for the project.
