On 26 February 2015, H.E. Mr. Chirachai Punkrasin, Ambassador, and spouse, Mr. Vasin Ruangprateepsaeng, Minister, and Mr. Vathayudh Vichankaiyakij, Counsellor, met with Phra Rajsilaporn, Abbot, and monks of Dhammadharo Temple, Canberra, on the occasion of assuming his duty as the Ambassador of Thailand to Australia. The Ambassador and his party also made merit and offered meal to monks and visited the construction site of Phutthawat area of Dhammadharo Temple.
