On the occasion of the appointment of Mr. Joël Morgan as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Transport of the Republic of Seychelles, General Tanasak Patimapragorn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs sent a message of congratulations as follows:
