On 30 December 2014  and 3 January 2015, H.E. Mr. Surapon Petch-vra, Thai Ambassador to Chile visited Thai students under AFS exchange program and their respective host families in the cities of Chepica, Temuco and Los Angeles, in the south of Chile. 

 

            During the visits, Ambassador talked to the Thai students and their host families regarding their experience living together during the past year. These visits are part of the preventive consular affairs of the Royal Thai Embassy in Chile. 

 

            Moreover, in Los Angeles, the Ambassador had a dinner with the Thai student and members of her host family who were impressed with the authentic taste of Thai food, demonstrated and prepared by Ms. Lamyai Ang-kab, chef of the Thai Residence.
