Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow promotes studying of Thai students in medicine in Russia

            As the number of Thai students studying in medicine in Russia has been growing every year, the Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow organized a project aiming to help Thai students getting necessary information in medical studies and enhancing their knowledge and opportunities in their future profession. On 22 and 24 September 2014 Associate Professor Dr. Prasobsri Ungthavorn, Vice President of the Medical Council of Thailand, gave a lecture as a guest speaker on how to prepare for the examination to get the license to be a medical practitioner in Thailand, the procedure of curricula recognition in Thailand for Thai students graduating from medical institutions abroad etc.
 
            In this occasion, His Excellency Dr. Itti Ditbanjong, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation, also discussed with Ass. Prof. Dr. Prasobsri career opportunities for Thai medical students in Russia, as well as the Embassy’s essential role in coordinating between the Thai Medical Council and Russian medical institutes.
