Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow supports the promotion of Thai flowers in Russia

On September 10, 2014, H.E. Dr. Itti Ditbanjong, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation hosted dinner in honour of Mr. Sakul Inthakul, one of the Asian Thai premium floral artists at the Residence. Mr. Boonyarit Vichienpuntu, Counselor, Mr. Narin Tijayung, Deputy of the Director of Tourism Authority (TAT) of Thailand for Moscow Office and Mr. Sorawut Norrapoompipat, First Secretary also attended.
The TAT invited Mr. Inthakul to organize Thai Floral Festival at the Recreation Area in front of TSUM department Store at the heart of Moscow City from September 13 - 21, 2014 so as to put on display of more than 200, 000 Thai orchid flowers with a very impressive design and gigantic installation of 4 metres height.
This TAT’s project aims at boasting good impression of Thailand through her flowers among Russian people, particularly the Moscow residents who are medium high and high income tourists that are the marketing targets of Thai tourism as well as promoting export of Thai orchid to Russia.
