On 6 July, 2014, between 18.30 – 21.00 hrs H.E. Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Ambassador of Thailand in Canberra, Embassy officials, and Team Thailand, welcomed and attended a meeting with Thai delegations on a study visit on science, technology and innovation, creative economy and education in Australia. There are 18 participants in the meeting including Ms. Pattarawan Vejjasart, Deputy Director of Department of American and South Pacific Affairs, Dr. Pichet Durongkaveroj, Secretary-General of National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office, Mr. Weerasak Kowsurat, Secretary-General of the National Federation of Thai Film Associations, and the Former Minister of Ministry of Tourism and Sports, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piniti Ratananukul, Deputy Secretary-General, Office of the Higher Education Commission, Thailand.
