On 31 May 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen and the Thai Community in Denmark organized a “Thai Festival 2014 Copenhagen” at Havneparken, Islands Brugge, Copenhagen.

     During the whole day, participants of more than 20,000 enjoyed variety of delicious Thai food from Thai restaurants in Copenhagen, Thai cultural and musical performances from members of Thai Community in Denmark and performances by traditional dancers and musician from the Department of Arts of Thailand, as well as enjoying other activities such as fruits crafting show, traditional massage, and Kid’s corner. Two lucky draw winners won round-trip tickets Copenhagen – Bangkok sponsored by Thai Airways International.

     In addition, a donation of 8,210 DKK from the Thai Community from the sale of “Thai Festival” mats will also be made to Danish Red Cross.
