Subject: Prisons under the Department of Corrections, Ministry of Justice, are to enforce writs of the Military Court

            With regard to Announcement of the NCPO No. 37/2557 dated 25 May 2014 and No. 38/2557 stipulating that cases comprising various related acts are to come under the jurisdiction of the Military Court, dated 25 May 2014; in order to ensure that there are agencies responsible for enforcing orders or judgments of the Military Court, the Head of the NCPO hereby announces that all prisons under the Department of Corrections, Ministry of Justice, are agencies tasked with enforcing writs of the Military Court.

            This announcement shall take effect immediately.
