Subject: Head of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council to assume powers  and duties of the Prime Minister

            As some laws and legislations stipulate the powers and duties of the Prime Minister in abiding by the laws, and for the purposes of ensuring such abidance, the Head of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council hereby order as follows:

            During the time when the Prime Minister position is vacant, powers and duties of the Prime Minister or the cabinet as stipulated in the law shall become the powers and duties of the Head of the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council or his designated representative.
