On 21^st April 2014, Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Thailand and Mr. Liu Zhenmin, Vice Foreign Minister of China co-chaired the 7^th ASEAN-China Senior Officials’ Meeting on the Implementation of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea (DOC) at the Dusit Thani Pattaya Hotel, Chonburi Province. The meeting discussed efforts to enhance cooperation and accelerate the implementation of the DOC and consultations on the Code of Conduct in the South China Sea (COC).

The Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Thailand and the Vice Foreign Minister of China will jointly give a press briefing on the outcomes of this meeting as well as the 20^th ASEAN-China Senior Officials’ Consultation, which will be held on Tuesday 22 April 2014, at 15.30 hrs. at room Dusit 1, fifth floor.
