On 20 December 2013 H.E. Mr. NoppornAdchariyavanich, Ambassador paid a courtesy call on His Worship AhamedJamaldeen Mohamed Muzammil, Mayor of Colombo, upon assuming his duty as Thai Ambassador to Sri Lanka. His Worship shared his opinion on opportunities in doing business in Colombo, especially property business in Colombo where the price of the land is not too high comparing to big cities in other countries. His worship also expressed his intention to propose the establishment of Sister Cities between Colombo and Bangkok. He asked Ambassador to convey his desire to the Governor of Bangkok Metropolitan.
