1. Thailand welcomes the successful conclusion of the talks between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the P5+1 in Geneva on 24 November 2013.   

2.  The agreement reached was a result of constructive contribution from all parties concerned. It is incumbent upon all sides to fulfil their commitments in the months ahead and continue to build upon the progress achieved and maintain the positive momentum.

3. Thailand views that this agreement is a very important first step towards resolving the long pending Iran nuclear issue, and will contribute to an atmosphere of regional and international peace and stability.
