On 16 November 2013, upon the invitation of  Mr Timoteo Arranz Barrio, Mayor of Liceras  in the  province of Soria, H.E. Mr. Kulkumut Singhara Na Ayudhaya, Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, and the embassy staff  joined a luncheon held at the  Mayor’s residence,  with a view to strengthening  relations between the Embassy and the local government and the residents of Liceras, as well as supporting the Embassy’s mission in providing assistance and protection to a number of Thai workers who work and stay in Soria.
