On 11th November, 2013, Mr. Chakri Srichawana, Consul-General, together with Ms. Benjamas Tanvetyanont, Deputy Consul-General, and Ms. Pratana Udommongkolkul, Consul, visited the Thai Language Classroom at the University of Hong Kong, School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKUSPACE) and participated in the “Thai Classroom with the Thai Consul-General” activity. The Consul-General collaborated with Ms. Kittiporn Worawutputtapong, the part-time teacher at the College of Humanities and Law, HKUSPACE, in teaching Thai and answering questions, especially on tourism, to Hong Kong, Taiwanese and Chinese students in the classroom. The visit created a good impression among students, as it provided them with an opportunity to learn Thai and talk to the Consul-General. It brought about closer relations among students, teachers, universities and the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Hong Kong.
