On November 13th, 2013, H.E. Mrs. Nongnuth Phetcharatana, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Federal Republic of Germany, attended and delivered an opening speech at the Thai Cultural Evening at Munich State Museum of Ethnology.  This event, hosted by Khunying Barbara Riepl, the Honorary Consul-General for the Kingdom of Thailand in Munich for the third year in a roll to celebrate the diplomatic relations between Thailand and Germany, has cordially welcomed approximately 300 guests from public and private sectors, as well as local media.  This year, relations between Buddhism and Thai people have been introduced through the programmes; namely literary-musical excursion under the theme “Thailand between mysticism and everyday life” and introduction of mediation, which widely drew the audiences’ attention.
