For Connect Asia-Pacific Summit:

3 camera stands (One 6 x 2.4 x 0.6m stand and two 4 x 2.4 x 0.6m stands) will be available at Royal Jubilee Hall. (TBC)

The Media Working/Press Conference Room is located at the Jupiter 16 Room, which is Wifi-equipped (10 mb) and will transmit a live feed from Royal Jubilee Hall, as well as other basic office utilities.

Due to limited space, the organizing committee reserves the right to limit the number of members of the media in the Jupiter 16 Room on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Lunch will be prepared for all members of the media by the organizing committee. Details shall be announced on the event day.

For ITU Telecom World 2013:

The MediaSpace on the showfloor offers a media lounge, a workroom, a briefing room and a press conference room.

Accreditation
-
Members of the media who wish to cover the meetings and events must be accredited and in possession of a media badge. Pre-Registration for accreditation is highly recommended to avoid any delays.

In addition, members of the media can also be accredited at the on-site accreditation desk in front of Challenger Hall 2. Press Card ID and an official document with picture are required for identification.

Media Registration Desk is open for both events on 16 – 22 November 2013 (16 – 17 November, 08.30 – 18.00 hrs.; 18 – 19 November, 07.30 – 18.00 hrs.; 20 – 22 November, 08.30 – 18.00 hrs.).

Badges must be collected personally.

After accreditation, members of the media can use the media badge for both events, Connect Asia-Pacific Summit and ITU Telecom World 2013

Members of the media are also required to undergo an equipment check at the area next to the media registration desk from 07.00 – 08.30 hrs OR one hour prior to the start of the event and must wear their event media badges visibly at all times.

Dress Code

Media representatives are advised to wear business attire while covering the events. Please avoid tank-tops, shorts, slippers, and sandals

Live Broadcasting

National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT – Channel 11) will conduct a live broadcast from 09.00 – 11.00 hrs.
