Thailand will host the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat (AMM Retreat) on 13 - 14 August 2013 at the Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa Hotel, Hua Hin. Interested members of the media are advised as follows:

1. Members of media who wish to cover the meetings are required to register for accreditation. The application can be downloaded from <http://www.mfa.go.th/main/th/media-center/14/37031>. Each application must be accompanied by a letter of assignment from the relevant media organization and should be sent via email: [email protected] or fax: +66 2 6435106 no further than 8 August 2013. Media accreditation can also be granted on site, at the lobby of the Hilton Hua Hin Hotel between 08:30 – 17:00 hrs. on 13 August 2013.

2. Media badges can be collected on 13 August 2013 at the Media Secretariat. Accredited members of the media are required to bring photographic proof of identity, i.e. passport, driver’s license or media identification card.

3. The Media Secretariat will be located in Room Rama 3 at the Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa Hotel. It will be in operation between 8:30 – 18:00 on 13 - 14 August 2013. Computers with internet access and printers will be available.                      

4. Media representatives should wear dark lounge suit or smart attire.

5. Members of the media who wish to stay at the Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa Hotel are advised to make reservations early due to limited number of rooms.
