On 1 May 2013, Mr.Marut Jitpatima, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, chaired the Special “Team Thailand” Meeting together with the executive officers from the Budget Bureau of Thailand. The discussion in the Meeting prioritized on the harmonized works of the offices of Thailand in Singapore in corresponding to the urgent and important policies of the Royal Thai Government, especially on “Thai Kitchen to the World” which promotes Thai food and products in Singapore.

     Furthermore, Royal Thai Embassy has arranged a study programme for these executive officers for the Thai Budget Bureau to visit prominent business venues that will facilitate the promotion of Thai food and products, namely NTUC Fairprice Xtra in Ang Mo Kio, Thai restaurant “Baan Beer Thai” in Golden Mile Tower and Supermarket “Puen Thai” of Yen Investments Pte Ltd. in Golden Mile Complex.
