In the morning, Prime Minister Yingluck chaired a consultation session between the Thai business and Fair Trade delegation and Thai Ambassadors in the Nordic Countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden). The meeting exchanged views on ways to boost economic cooperation between Thailand the Nordic countries as well as promote Thai Fair Trade products in the Nordic market.
Thereafter, the Prime Minister and delegates visited SymbioCity, Sweden’s approach to sustainable urban development, which integrates different technologies and city functions—energy use, landscaping, transportation, traffic plans and control, pollution control, waste-to-energy technologies, telecommunications, environmental management and sanitation to create synergy within the city.
Later in the evening, the delegation participated in a business networking event and attended a business dinner in Stockholm, organized by the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) in cooperation with the Royal Thai Embassy in Sweden and the Department of International Economic Affairs.  At the dinner, the Prime Minister Yingluck delivered her speech highlighting Thai – Swedish economic cooperation and opportunities of doing business and investing in Thailand. Thai Fair Trade products were also exhibited at the venue to create awareness in the Swedish and Nordic market.
