On 13 February 2013, Mrs. Sukanya Polawat, President of Thai Ladies’ Club in Abu Dhabi,  accompanied by members of the Club’s Committee, presented the donation of 5,000 Dirhams or 38,400 Baht from the Thai Ladies’ Club in Abu Dhabi organized  “Thai Day 2013”  to Ms. Aroonwan Chuwirach, spouse of H.E. Warawudh Chuwirach, Thai Ambassador to the UAE, to help “Foundation for Women” in Thailand.

     Ms. Chuwirach expressed her gratitude and appreciation to all the donors and the Thai Ladies’ Club for the sympathy towards Thai women and further informed that the donation would be forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand to the Foundation for Women accordingly.
