On 29 January 2013, Dr. ChaiyongSatjipanon, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States of America, chaired the ASEAN Committee in Washington (ACW) Meeting at the Royal Thai Embassy.  The ACW, the ASEAN Ambassadors to the U.S., meets monthly to discuss issues of mutual interest, including important developments in the United States! ASEAN-U.S. frameworks, as well as regional issues.  The chairmanship of ACW is rotated every 4 months.  Thailand’s chairmanship runs from January to April 2013.
