On Wednesday 28 November 2012, Mr. Piroon Laismit, Director-General, Thailand International Development Cooperation Agency (TICA) and Mr. Michael Yates, Mission Director, United States Agency for International Development/Regional Development Mission for Asia (USAID/RDMA), signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Trilateral Cooperation at Buakaew Meeting Room, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
