On 24 April 2012, Mr. Carl Bildt, Minister of Foreign Affairs and former Prime Minister of Sweden, met with Foreign Minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul on the occasion of the former ’s visit to Thailand prior to the ASEAN - EU Ministerial Meeting in Brunei Darussalam. Both sides exchanged views and emphasized the importance of the close and cordial relations between Thailand and Sweden in all dimensions and levels.
