On 14 September 2011, Dr. Pattanachat Kritbaworn, Deputy Director-General of the Physical Education Department, led the Sporting Lisbons Youth Team to pay a courtesy call on Mr. Pravit Chaimongkul, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, on the occasion of the teams visit to Thailand to participate in a football friendly match between the Thai National Youth Team and Sporting Lisbons Youth Team, which is one of the activities being held to celebrate the 500th Anniversary of Thai Portuguese Diplomatic Relations.
