On 25 March 2011 at 14.30 16.30 hours, Mr. Suangsan Jamornchan, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, made a speech at the launch of the commemorative book entitled Fostering Indonesia-Thailand Relations: After 60 Years and Beyond at a ceremony held at the Narathip Room, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Mohammad Hatta, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Thailand, also gave brief introductory remarks. In addition, leading academics and practitioners from Thailand and Indonesia also presented brief summary highlights of their contributions in the books respective chapters.
