On 23 August 2010, at the Foreign Ministry, Mr. Kasit Piromya, Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a bilateral talk with Mr. Katsuya Okada, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, during the latters official visit to the Kingdom as guest of the Thai Foreign Ministry.
