On 30 July 2009, Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva presided over the 4th National Moral Marketplace and Assembly organized by the Center for the Promotion of National Strength on Moral Ethics and Values, and delivered a speech under the topic surviving the crisis through morality-based business. Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya also took part in the seminar to discuss corporate social responsibility (CSR) with representatives of the government and private sectors .
