On 15 November 2007, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Friedrich Hamburger, Ambassador and Head of the Delegation of the European Commission to the Kingdom of Thailand, accompanied Mr. David Lipman, Director of Headquarters Resources, Information and Inter-institutional Relations of the European Commission, to have a meeting with Mr. Suthee Na Lumpang, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs and Mr. Voradet Viravakin, Acting Director-General of the Department of Information and Acting Foreign Ministrys Spokesman, on the occasion of Mr. Lipmans visit to Thailand.
