On 4 October 2007, Mr. Charivat Santaputra, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Surapit Kirtiputra, Ambassador Attached to the Foreign Ministry, had a meeting with Mr. Tran Ngoc Chinh, Deputy Minister of Construction of Vietnam, to share Thailands experiences and lessons learned about the construction of the current Foreign Ministrys headquarters.
