On 14 September 2007, Foreign Minister Nitya Pibulsonggram, held a bilateral discussion with Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, Minister of External Affairs of India, who paid an official visit to Thailand to attend the Fifth Joint Commission Meeting between Thailand-India, at Bua Kaew Room of the Foreign Ministry.
