On 10 September 2007, Dr. Manaspas Xuto, Advisor to the Foreign Minister, presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar on Assessing Risk and handling Security Challenges in the Region at Siam City Hotel. The seminar was well attended by more than 80 representatives from Thailands security and related organizations.
