On 30 August 2007, Mr. Alain Nicaise Papatchi Coffie, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Designate of the Republic of Cote dIvoire to Thailand, Residence in Beijing, paid a courtesy call on Deputy Foreign Minister Sawanit Kongsiri, on the occasion of the assumption on his assignment, at the Foreign Ministry.
